The Janis H. and Harry Shipley, Jr. Scholarship

Qualified applicants must have financial need, at least a 2.5 GPA, and be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours or more). They must also have graduated from high school in Crawford, Sebastian, Franklin, Logan, Scott, Sequoyah (OK), or LeFlore (OK) counties.
Unless otherwise communicated, this is a 2-semester award.
