Rathburn Law Office P.C. Annual Scholarship

The Rathburn Law Office P.C. assists people facing charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated commonly known as DUI in the State of Indiana.

Charles Rathburn is one of the best trained attorneys in the United States and the State of Indiana in this highly specific area of the law.

In addition Mr. Rathburn trains attorneys and judges about how the breath testing machines accept a sample, analyze a sample, and then produces a result after an attempted breath delivery.

We want to continue to pay it forward by offering funds to further educational opportunities for the future.
Who Should Apply
This award seeks students with diverse backgrounds of race, ethnicity or faith, obtain the degree of their choice from any eligible college, university, graduate school, or law school. Applicants are encouraged to apply in fields in which they have traditionally been underrepresented: science, math, engineering, technology, business, and law. Applicants must be enrolled in or committed to attend a college, university, or professional school during the current calendar year in which they applied for the scholarship. Applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of their application. Applicants should not be immediate family members of employees of the Rathburn Law Office P.C..
