Fred and Helen Hander Music Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is open to applicants majoring in Music Education, enrolled in at least 6 hours per semester, demonstrate financial need, and have a GPA of at least 2.75. Applicants must be residents of Logan or Franklin counties in Arkansas unless there are no qualified students in these counties.
